Three things you should know about me right from the beginning...

 

 

 

So who is The Sleek Mrs?

I became The Sleek Mrs. on December 13, 2015 when I married my wonderful husband. We were married in Pleasanton, California at Casa Real on the Ruby Hill Winery property. We had a magical winter wonderland/Christmas theme wedding and it fulfilled all my wedding wishes and dreams. Now just because I got married in California, doesn't mean I've always been a California girl.

I moved to California in 2012 from my home state of West Virginia. Other than West Virginia I've lived in Alabama, spent long periods of time in Maryland and studied overseas in England and France. My permanent home now is northern California and will be until we retire (we're leaning towards Texas).

Now as The Sleek Mrs. I spend my days working your typical 9 to 5. I spend a large portion of the day thinking of ways to decorate our newly built house, planning vacations and wearing fashions that I adore. I'm attempting to broaded my cooking horizons from just baking to actual meals. I also countdown to Christmas and Elvis Week both of which are my meccas.
